COLLEGE ART SOCIETY DEALS FOR FRENCH MOVIE The College Arts Society is awaiting the word on the date for a French movie. Our next issue should have this information. PLANS BREWING FOR CLEANUP DAY Progress is reported by the Student Council in its planning for the Annual Clean-Up Day April 30. The student body is to be divided into groups, each with a faculty member, to proceed with the spring cleaning of the campus. The Council says that it will serve refreshments to the workers. BOWLING LEAGUE GAINING MOT' MU Intra-mutal bowling leaguers, under the direction of Coach Harold Wausat, are gain ing momentum.at their Monday night rumble and crash sessions at the Y.M.C.A. Girls interested in retaining and developing that womanly beauty are to have the opportunity of supervised outdoor sports on the Highacres athletic field, it has been announced by Miss Florence Yannes, dean of women. She said that Coach Nausat will supervise the girls in archery, softball, volleyball and other sports every Thursday at 1:30 on the athletic field. LOCALE 07 MAY QUEENtS COROMTION AIg',`TOUNCED; REHEARSAL: Publicity chairman for the May Day celebration at Highacres, May Lou Gagliardi, has announced that the coronation of May Queen Josephine Donish will take place in the sunken garden. She says that the girls are expecting the largest May Day crowd in Highacres history. Program chairman Mathilda Goyda has announced rehearsal this afternoon at 4:00 in the college library for all the girls who are in the coronation ceremony.
