The Radio Forum
The Radio Forum, "Hazleton's
College of the Air", under the spon
sorship of the Penn State Center, has
been in every sense a practical ser
vice to the community. The main pur
pose behind this forum has been to
acquaint the general public with the
background and future aspects of the
war, and at the same time to give the
public some practical information
concerning such things as chemical
warfare, propaganda, and relation of
the citizenry to the war effort.
This radio forum has for the
most part been directed by the pro
fessors at the Center. They have plan
ned the program and -taken active part
in all the discussions. But at the
same time,; 1 prominent citizens and Cen
ter students have also been invited to
participate in the discussions.
The next program of the current
series concerns itself with the Army
Day celebration on Monday, April 6.
The topic for discussion will be
"Your United States Army."

Then there's the proud father
