Dr. Staudenmeier also plans on building a counseling department to help students at any time with any problem, whether it is physics, English, or even roommate problems. A 1954 graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College with a B.S. in Economics, Dr. Staudenmeier pursued a course of study working toward a degree of Law at Dickinson School of Law from 1954 to 1957. Both new freshmen and returning sophomores were surprised to find that the rooms in the new dorm were not all completed. But with the spirit of Penn Staters and enthusiasm of good things to come, they looked forward to the weekend events. HICHACRES HEALTH CENTER OFFERS SERVICES Supermarket both Caroline Highacres Center is a Health primary health care facility which offers routine out-patient care, pre-hospital emergency care, health counseling, athletic and employment physicals, allergy immunizations, health and life style education programs, student insurance information, and specialty referral services. All students attending Penn State are eligible for the services and programs offered by the Health Center and the staff. The Health Center is located in the Physical Education Building. As you come into the Gym and look down the hall, yoo will see an office with windows facing the hall, that's it. The Cneter opens at 8:15 each morning, Monday through Friday, and closes each afternoon at 5:00. Physicians' Clinics are held each Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 12 noon, and Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Appointments are required for the Physician's Clinic and strongly recommnded prior to all visits to the Health Cneter.
