BLOOD ASSURANCE PLAN OUTLINMs The Pennsylvania State University were the first group to join the Blood Assnr. anew Plan for Northeastern area in Hazleton and our students have kept the ball rolling ever since. You and your family have access to blood in our local hospitals end any hospital covered by the Red Cross Blood program. We need 10% of our enrollment for six months coverage--20% for a year.
