State freshman team, 12-0, at a

TRAFFIC COMMITTEE.
The Traffic Committee met the 9th*
period on Thursday, October 13, 1955,
and approved the following traffic
rules?
1., All student cards must be registered
with the Traffic Committee, either by
filling out the proper-form, during
Registration, or by reporting to
the Main Office -
2. Student cars must be parked in the
parking lot at the bottom of the
hill only,. Exceptions to this rule,
for - urgent reasons, will be approved
by the Traffic Committee» Applications
for special permits should be in /
writing and should be handed to the
Secretary in the Mein Office.,
Note; Cars on the student parking
lot must first use all -of
the parking places around
the perimeter of the lot,
each’VaV' parirfng at right
angles to the . edge of the
lot,
3. No student cars may bo parked
at the top of the hill, in the main
driveway, anywhere along the main
driveway, or in any of the lanes
leading- off of the -main- driveway*■
Student cars without special permits
shall be permitted at the top of the
hi.ll only for the loading or unloading
of passengers,
4. A 15 mile-per-hour speed limit
must be observed everywhere on the
.campus driveways.,,.
5» Student appeals from penalties for
violations of parking rules may be
submitted to the Traffic Committee
within one academic week following
the reeeipt of a parking violation
ticket* All appeals must be written
and must be handed to the secretary in
the main officeo
