NAVAL RESERVE MEMBERS MAY REMAIN ACTIVE Naval Reserve members who are planning to transfer to the main campus in the near future can now continue their active duty with the reserve. It has been reported from the campus that a transportation' pool has been established from the campus to the Reserve Training Center in Altoona. Further information of this trans portation pool is not available at the present time. The student does not necessarily have to be enrolled in an English course at present in order .to avail himself of this aid. Any faculty member may recommend any student. The English Workshop will meet Tuesdays (7th period), Wednesdays (6th period), Thursdays (7th period) or by special appointment. All meet ings are held in Room S-103. Last year, about this time, the members of the Thetha Sigma Pi sorority and their guests enjoyed a hayride and wienie roast at Rumbel's Park. Because of the success of the affair, the officers of the sorority are making plans to hold a similar affair. The tentative date for the hayride has been set as Saturday, October 29th.
