DANCE A SUCCESS
Last Friday evening about 70 students and friends enjoyed the dancing
and fun produced by other students at the last party-dance in the main lounge.
Music was performed by the "4 Sharps t " things were slow and quiet until approx
imately 10s00 p.m., when the gang came up from the spot at the bottom of the
hill to add spark to the affair,. Some of our lively characters in the persons
of Steve Tomko. George Ator, Danny Kostic, Stefee Gimmer and Arch Dallao set
the night afire with extra renditions of EVERYTHING* A few kids were making
out as usual, but in general things were fine* The flash that flew around the
floor during the fast polka turned out to be none other than John Artim.
Punch, pretzels and chips saved a few starving lads, but Ralph Catino and
Jack Burggraf excused it as their appetizers. Thanks are sent out to the
"clean-uppers” who did a nice job of gating the rug down straight.
Students using the library after 3*3op»m. are asked to please close the
windows before leaving. Your thoughtfullhess will be greatly appreciated.
