At the last regular meeting of the party, the question was raised
as to how newcomers might contact members and attend meetings* The Director
of Progaganda was directed to post adequate signs and posters. Of course,
the time and date of these secret meetings could net be revealed, but
newcomers were to be informed that they were being held. If any interested
students will just attend our next secret meeting, he will immediately be
accepted in the capacity of a pledge.
The Director of the Executive instructed all members to carry their
secret membership cards at all times. Although these cards can never
be displayed in public, they are the means by which new members can
identify each other.
