February, a slow month for the business _ world, was a busy time for grade schoolers. This month provided all kinds of ideas "for construction paper craft. Chief among these groundhogs, men with beards and black top hats, cherry trees, and red hearts. Hearts are probably the easiest craft to make and red con struction paper is probably the easiest material to requisition. That’s possibly why so much time was set aside for the making of grammar school valentine boxes.
