race Two I!=EMI Letters To The Editor To the Administration of Behrend Campus: For five months now, there has been cold water and cold air in Niagara Hall, because of very poor plumbing and heating sys tems. We've complained, written proposals, and personally visited some adininistrators, and still, there has been no action. There are 202 women paying $320 a term to live here. That's $64.000 a term, which then means that Penn State -will collect a grand sum of $192,000 from us by the end of the year for room and board Surely, by the goodness of your (Behrend's) kind and concern ed hearts, you can use •a small amount of this money to correct these diScOmforts. If action is performed immediately, I assure you that you'll have 200 happy and healthy women, and less persons visiting the infirmary. I've been waiting since 11:00 p.m. to take a shower tonight— It's now 3:00 a.m, and I've decided to give it another try. Sure do hope the water's hot by now.
