Now that finals are a threatening
four days away, we have come to the awe
some realization that the term is over and
reckoning is at hand; let us keep in mind
six days from now we will be as free as
the proverbial birds without even the re
sponsibility of flying south. After three
or four days, however, sleeping late after
vacation-type night-life, may become boring
due to the sudden lack of productive activ
ity.
Worry not! The Nittany Cub under
stands, and as usual, (ahem) we are coming
to the rescue-- The Christmas Cotillion,
to be presented Saturday, December 16 with
music by Teddy Armen. The dance is tenta
tively scheduled to be held in the Reed
Union Building.

All joking aside, it promises to be a
fantastic event, well worth the $3.00 for the
tickets. The decorations are nothing less than
great. Would you believe a 20 ft. Christmas
Tree, decorated in white and blue, wreaths and
bows adorning the windows. We've even provided
the mistle toe! So join the majority, and take
advantage of one of the few great social events
ever held at Behrend Campus. You'll be glad
you did.
Due to the fact that the exams are scheduled
for next week, there will be no publication of
the Nittany Cub. We would, therefore, like to
take this opportunity to wish you a very MERRY
CHRISTNAS and the HAPPIEST OF NEW YEARS. See
you at the Cotillion!
