The first S.G.A. meeting of the term will be held Tuesday, January klk?, during the Common Hour. All mem -1 "hers are urged to come prepared with new ideas for the winter term. The President's Board, comprising all organization presidents and editors, will meet at noon on Wednesday, January 11, in the Memorial Room. It is imper ative that all members be present. Applications will be immediately available for three openings that have been created on the S.G.A., says president Bob Michaels. They may be obtained in the S.G.A. office. The two-page questionnaire must be filled out by the applicant and signed by ten fellow students. Deadline for returning applications is January 16 at 5:00 p.m. According to procedure outlined in the S.G.A. constitution, the active S.G.A. members will vote on the applicants at their meeting the following day, January 17. In an independent move, Bob Michaels is circulating a petition among all members of the student itody today. This petition requests action to give next year's Behrend students a free day following Thanks giving, to allow those who live out of town to go home, and commuters to go out of town, e.g., if they wish. This petition will be sub mitted to Director Irvin Kochel for action. Any action that can and may result from this is a re sponsibility of the campus rather tinan the university. It may come in the form of a postponement of that day's classes, but will certainly be a welcome thing for many. Included in the voluminous stack of "fill me out" papers today is a Faculty Evaluation form, recently discussed at length in the Cub. This is the student's best opportunity to express opin ions about classes and teachers which they have just had. It is hoped that students will take time and thought in filling out these evaluation questionnaires. Behrend Boosters are really moving under the able leadership of Dick Fasenmeyer. They will be sponsoring a jammy after Saturday night's basketball skirmish with the team from the Warren Campus of Edinboro State College. Be sure to save the evening of January 27 for the Nittany Cub Nickelodeon Night. Included among the evening's stars will be the master, Boris Karloff, and super star Charles Laughton. Slightly overdue dues are due for those in the Behrend Players who have failed to hand them in. The Delta Psi Omega charter has been received, so all who want to be active pledges should get their dues in. Weather permitting, Mr. Grove says there will be a meeting of the acting class on Thursday, Jan uary 12 at the regular time. Recently the Student Affairs Committee reviewed a case of aca demic dishonesty. One student was disenrolled from the course with an F, and the other was excused.
