In the library, a display of some 58 volumes of all the books printed by the University's press will be shown. recordins will also be exhibited. The first floor of the Administration Building will also -- )e open, where plans for the new buildings will be shown. In the Science Mailding,a movie enti tiPd "This Is Pent State" will be screened. Some of the laboratories may be visited for views of equipment and possibly a few demonstrations. Coffee and tea will be served in the cafeteria. The Deanis List is made up of stud ents who achieve a 3.50 average or better. Five students had a perfect 4.00 average for the Winter Term. Janis M. -r , 2:aroi.a Ranft A program to train air pollution tech nician--he first of its kind in the na- lion--wlll be offered at the Pennsylvania State University this sunmer. The program will be open to freshman students at Penn State's eighteen Common wealth Campuses wLo are majoring in two year associate degree programs in engin eering. The objective is to train instrument technicians to operate and maintain man ual and automatic instruments for air sampling for Particulates and gases, air analysis as required for field operation, meteorological studies, and photography. Students selected for the program will spend seven weeks--from July 25 to Septem ber 9--at the University Park Campus. This training will e followed by a one day training session each month for eight months at each campus.
