This year the minter Carnival is being held on February 11, 12, and 13. Starting this fun-filled weekend is a picnic in the picnic grove Fri day afternoon followed by tobaggoning Friday evening. Saturday evening Circle K is sponsoring a dance, in Erie Hall. Admission is only x. 75 per person and the public is invited to attend. Concluding the carnival activities for 1966, there will be ice skating at the Glenwood ice skating rink on Sunday. This week end promises to provide a lot of enjoyment for those who attend, so oircle February 11, 12, and 13 on your calendar and join all your friends at the 1966 Behrend 'inter Carnival: * * * * * * * * * * HONORED STUDENTS The Pennsylvania State University requires a 2.00 average for grad uation. However, some students, through hard work and conscientious effort achieve a much higher average. The Dean's List is designed to give recognition to those students.
