About 1400 people sign petitions
supporting U.S. policy in Viet Nam.
Dennis Tanner (Erie), chairman of the
local chapter of Young Ariericans for
Freedom, said that these petitions along
with a plaque would be presented to
General Maxwell Taylor.

Stetler Returns!
Russell Stetler, the object of the
controversy on Penn State administra
tion's balanced program policy, gave
his views on Viet Nam which his
sponsor, the Socialist Club, is ac

On Saturday, November 6, the
Highwaymen, sponsored by Tau Kappa
Epsilon fraternity, presented a
concert to a capacity audience at
Cannon Auditorium. This popular
group sang many well—known songs
which all brought an enthusiastic
response from those present.
Answering the audience's request for
an encore, the Highwaymen ended then
with their two biggest hits, "Michael"
and "Cotton Fields."
