Rigged Campus Elections Exposed
By Student Government Body Advisors
With deep regret Advisors William Hover and Gordon Baker have
made public the fact that Student Council elections held October 1
have been exposed as fraudulent! According to their report to Mr.
Irvin Kochel, Behrend Campus director, a political machine, headed
by “Spike” Sosnowski, reputedly stuffed the ballot box and extended
threats to unsuspecting freshmen in order to gain seats on the Council.
Evidently the reason for such
action was the desire to pocket
the funds allocated to Council.
For the month of November, All present members of the or
the following activities are sched- ganization have admitted their
uted: connections with this illicit ac
tion with the exception of Rita
Panameroff, who, on advice of
14 Saturday Mid-S emes t e r her sister, is attempting to in
grades diue - voke the Fifth Amendment.
Suspicions, according to Mr.
Baker, were aroused when “Big
Bob” Johnson broke down during
24 Tuesday Basketball Me- a recent word-association test in
Keesport (home) 8 pan. psychology class. It seems the
.word “money” put Johnson into
semi-hysterics.
Further investigations by mu
iically-minded Mr. Hover proved
80 Monday—Thanksgiving Re- that “Jazzy” Raeder had pur
