Police Services;
Former student cited
with disorderly conduct

After a message posted on
Facebook incited worries of
weapons being brought to
campus, Penn State Harrisburg
Police Services cited a former
student with disorderly
conduct.
Olutomi Adedolapo Iluyomade,
21, of 11509 Manorstone Lane,
Columbia, Md., was issued the
citation on Nov. 6.
In response to messages
exchanged between two
current PSH students after the
presidential election on Nov.
4, Iluyomade wrote a message
similar to "Bring your guns to
campus. Get used to a black
president," said Chief Kevin
Stoehr of Police Services.
Police Services said people
who read Iluyomade's comment
on the social networking site
started sending text messages
to other people and the message
became slightly distorted. Police
Services began receiving phone
calls about the message around
12:30 a.m., Nov. 5.
Iluyomade was not found at
his home in Village of Pineford,
said Stoehr. Police Services then
contacted the Howard County
Police Department in Maryland,
where Iluyomade's family lives.

Patterson is undergoing an
impeachment process.
According to the SGA
constitution, in order for a
senator to be impeached, a
student must submit a briefing
to the Chief Justice of the
Student Court that states the
reasons for impeachment.
According to Article IX of the
SGA constitution, "any member
of the 3 branches who damages
the images or infringes upon
the constitution of the SGA,

or University Policy shall be
subject to impeachment."
Once impeachment charges
are brought to the Chief
Justice, an impeachment board
is formed to see if the charges
are valid, according to Oliver
Eisler, Chief Justice of the
Student Court.
If the charges are found to
be valid, the senate will hold a
removal hearing, said Eisler.
When asked if Patterson was
aware of the charges, Eisler
had no comment.
When asked if the
impeachment board had met
yet, Eisler informed The
Capital Times that it was not
public information.

`Holiday Mail for Heroes' aims
to deliver one million cards

Its almost that time again.
The malls are decorated with
lights and bows. Middletown
is embellished in holiday cheer.
Festive music is incorporated
into television and radio ads.
And its time to send our holiday
cards to the brave servicemen
and women stationed across the
globe. Through Dec. 10, the Red
Cross and Pitney Bowes Inc.,
will be collecting and screening
these cards.
Mailers are encouraged to
include a cheerful message and

New on-campus housing
to accommodate Penn State
Harrisburg's growing student
body is one step closer to
"Welcome Home." According
to Don Holtzman, director of
Student affairs and enrollment,
the general building design
and floor plans were recently
completed, but specific details
such as building materials and
other finishing touches are still in
the works.
The residence hall, which will
be built in the area next to The
Village's 9000 building, behind
the Community Center, is
expected to house approximately
