Facebook message incited campus safety worries No serious threat, says Police Services; Former student cited with disorderly conduct By DIANA LE EDITOR IN CHIEF DXLSO37OPSU.EDU After a message posted on Facebook incited worries of weapons being brought to campus, Penn State Harrisburg Police Services cited a former student with disorderly conduct. Olutomi Adedolapo Iluyomade, 21, of 11509 Manorstone Lane, Columbia, Md., was issued the citation on Nov. 6. In response to messages exchanged between two current PSH students after the presidential election on Nov. 4, Iluyomade wrote a message similar to "Bring your guns to campus. Get used to a black president," said Chief Kevin Stoehr of Police Services. Police Services said people who read Iluyomade's comment on the social networking site started sending text messages to other people and the message became slightly distorted. Police Services began receiving phone calls about the message around 12:30 a.m., Nov. 5. Iluyomade was not found at his home in Village of Pineford, said Stoehr. Police Services then contacted the Howard County Police Department in Maryland, where Iluyomade's family lives. Articles of impeachment brought against SGA Senator Patterson Chief Justice Eisler refuses to say whether Patterson is aware of charges BY MARIN ALICE Assts ANT Eorroß MABS33B@PSU.EDU Student Government Association Senator Kemeisha Patterson is undergoing an impeachment process. According to the SGA constitution, in order for a senator to be impeached, a student must submit a briefing to the Chief Justice of the Student Court that states the reasons for impeachment. According to Article IX of the SGA constitution, "any member of the 3 branches who damages the images or infringes upon the constitution of the SGA, News ... OPINION or University Policy shall be subject to impeachment." Once impeachment charges are brought to the Chief Justice, an impeachment board is formed to see if the charges are valid, according to Oliver Eisler, Chief Justice of the Student Court. If the charges are found to be valid, the senate will hold a removal hearing, said Eisler. When asked if Patterson was aware of the charges, Eisler had no comment.
