Students who identify themselves as LGBTQ are enabled to interact with other individuals who share like identities in a positive, comfortable, and confidential atmo- Regular Capital Alliance activities include weekly meetings, ed u cational/social events, and periodic LGBT networking conferences/exhibits as well as performances and functions with peers and lead- Alliance provides a supportive community environment for LGBTQA students at Penn State Harrisburg. Capital Alliance attempts to work for greater understanding and education within the College and its surrounding communities about LGBTQA people and the discrimination they face at and beyond Penn State Harrisburg.
