work with a facilitator to learn more skills and techniques to use with your

FREE Fitness & Exercise Classes led by Andres Gutierrez every The and
Thu, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the Capital Union
Building. Free to Penn State students, staff, faculty, and current Penn State
Alumni Association members. Registration is not required.
Beginning in Jan. 2004 Aerobicing Across America undertook a new and
challenging adventure by taking a "virtual reality" trip visiting many of the
famous and not-so-famous institutions of higher education along the way to
San Diego, CA. Students, staff and faculty are invited to join this fun way of
being involved in some type of aerobic activity. For information, call 717-
