Rooney vs. Orie on March 20th The Democrats have picked Jim Rooney, son of Pittsburgh Steelers owner Dan Rooney, as their candidate for the special election of the GOP's Melissa Hart to the U.S. Congress. Rooney easily won over two other can didates and will face State Representative Jane Orie.
