The faculty holds “AI” high yet a
small portion of the student pop
ulace do not hold a similar value
to this principle. I feel that if this
issue were pressed by the school,
two specific outcomes would be
found. 1. Those caught from the
added scrutiny would be forced
to leave the college, and 2. the
image of PSH would take a hit.
This would result in a possible
lower-enrollment figure. Because
of this reason, PSH will probably
not pursue an active policy con
cerning academic integrity and
continue on the paper path that it
now adheres to.

Basketball
Results
The 3-on-3 basketball tour
nament sponsored by the
Recreation/Athletic Department
was held on March 30.
The Untouchables defeated
Stan’s Heroes in the finals 35-
28.
Members of the winning

Walsh and Chris Rugg.

It seems that considering we are in
college, a serious stand on academic
integrity would be a given. However,
it is my feeling that although every
professor I’ve had has made it a
point to emphasize how strict the
policies on plagiarism are, it seems
to me that in actuality students ate
getting away with a slap on the wrist
when they should be expelled.

themselves at PSH. Most stu
dents treat this place like a vo
tech school. The true power of
education does not lie simply in
technical skills. It lies more in
the ability to think critically.
