Tartline lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife and two children. He and his wife just celebrated the birth of their daughter, Anna Rose, on August 15. Stringham graduated from Penn State Harrisburg in the fall of 1998 with his master’s degree in Public Administration. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Utah and holds his first master’s degree in History from Autonomous Univer sity of Mexico (UNAM). Before starting in his new posi tion at PennDOT, Stringham served in the U.S. Army for 26 years be fore retiring as a Colonel at the Carlisle Army War College.
