    Approve any appointments, made to the Executive board,
Senate, or Student Court with a two-thirds majority vote.
Amend the SGA Constitution by a two-thirds vote of the
Senate and a two-thirds vote of the voting student body.
Amend the SGA bylaws with a two-thirds vote.
Each Senator must serve on at least two committees per
academic semester in office.
Shall be expected to follow and know parliamentary
procedures as stated in the latest edition of Robert's Rules of
Order.
Each Senator must post and hold office hours in the SGA
office totaling no less than two hours per week.
May not miss more than two unexcused meetings per
academic semester while in office.
The Senators in each academic division must attempt to put
on an open forum for the students in their division at least
once a semester.
May not hold office in the Student Court or the Executive
Board.
: and Duties of the Student Court
The Student Court shall interpret the SGA Constitution and
act as arbiter if a dispute arises over the meaning of the
constitution.
Shall review the Constitutions of all new student
organizations for compliance with the SGA Constitution and
University policy.
Rule on complaints of unconstitutionality against any student
organization or the SGA Senate or Executive Board.
All decisions of the Student Court regarding any constitutions
shall be final. Appeals of the Court’s decisions regarding
interpretation of constitutions shall be handled in accordance
with the appropriate University policy.
Justices shall not hold office in the Senate, Executive Board,
or any other student organization.
The Student Court shall meet when the services of the court
are required.
The Student Court may not pass a binding decision unless
there is a minimum of four Associate Justices present.
