Shall have a vote in the Senate.
Handle all correspondence concerning SGA business other
than club and committee correspondence.
Shall maintain relations with members who hold office within
the SGA at other Penn State Campuses in order to create a
forum for exchange of programs and programming ideas.
Inform the Senate of events on other campuses in which
students from Penn State Harrisburg can participate in.
Provide news outlets, such as the Counselor, This Week,
Capital Times, Collegian, and Marketing Communications
Office with information about events occurring on campus.

Preside over all meetings of the Senate.
Interpret Robert's Rules of Order.
Shall preside over the impeachment of any Student Court
Justice.
Enforce rules of parliamentary procedure.
Add or remove agenda items during the meeting with majority
vote of the Senate.
Approve or reject requests for proxies.
Shall be appointed by the President and confirmed by two
thirds majority vote of the Senate.

There shall be no more than five at any one time.
Have duties assigned by the President or Senate.
Does not have to abide by the duties in Article 3 Section 1.
Can be dismissed by the majority vote of the Senate. They do
not require impeachment procedures.
Act upon or revise the proposals brought before the SGA.
Approve new ad hoc committees from the President with a
majority vote.
Approve new standing committees from the President with a
two-thirds vote.
Approve chairpersons for all committees with a majority vote
