Six students voice parking fee concerns Bonnie Etzweiler Capital Times Staff Six students attending the Strategic Planning Meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 15, in the gallery lounge presented enough questions and ideas about reducing the college's operating costs to keep administrators busy for an hour-and-a-half. "Where are all the students?" asked Bill Stoner, a graduate student representative for the Strategic Planning Managment and Enrollment Committee. "If I hadn't read about this meeting in the Capital Times, I would have missed it." An unidentified student questioned the parking fee and promised to organize a protest against it. . Many students complained that "all the good stuff is in University Park, yet we all pay the same tuition." The students went on to ask how the PSH campus can obtain their fair share of funding. He also stated that the administration hopes to have a rought draft of the three year plan developed by mid-October, giving students more time and opportunity to submit any written recommendations to the PSH administrators.
