Shill's experience in grant proposals
comes at an opportune time. Shill said
he recognizes the need to solicit support
from local govemnment and businesses
because the Heindel Library supports
major academic research in this area.
An eloquent and soft-spoken man,
Shill is enthusiastic when he speaks
about the capabilities of "electronic
information resources," or computers.
Shill's plans include a library orientation
for faculty and students, and he also
foresees LIAS access to the Eastgate
Center at 1010 N. 7th Street in
Harrisburg.
