    RSC Improves Campus Living
By Denise Reinas
Resident Student Council is
made up of elected representatives from
each floor of Church and Wrisberg Halls.
Its primary function is to improve the
quality of residence living and to im
prove the facilities and services that are
available to all of the residents in the
dorms.
This year, fourteen represen
tatives were elected. Elections were then
held for the offices of president, vice
president, secretary, and treasurer. Brian
Humble, advisor of RSC, said, "I was
very interested in revitalizing and re-es
tablishing the importance of RSC. And
judging from the inital meetings, I'm very
pleased with the members and their en
thusiasm."
The RSC members represent the
student population in the dorms. They
take complaints and try to improve them,
