The library system is involv ed in touring a play produced by a local black theatre group. “Anoche Has His Day,” will be presented at the Northern Dauphin Branch, Hershey Public Library, East Shore Branch and the Kline Village Branch. Designed for youngsters in the first through sixth grades, the play is presented by the Mlanjeni Magical Theatre and is free to the public. - Shippensburg State College will host a black dance group. The Brenda Lee Dance Troup will perform in the Cumberland Union Building on Saturday, February 26, at 9 p.m., for a small fee. President Reagan in his 1981 address to the black community made his'feelings known to the nation about black history: “The observance of the Afro- American (Black) History Month serves to focus national attention on an endeavor of awareness that should follow us throughout the year...
