June 12, 1981, HACC begins its seventh summer performing arts season. This
year's extravaganza incorporates the talents of the professional troupe
Danceteller, under the direction of Trina Collins; the Professional Summer
Theatre Company, directed by Richard K. Olsen; and Third Stream, and Debbie
Gaber, produced by Jim Miller.
The seven-member troupe, Danceteller, blends the arts of dance and acting
into a witty, relaxing 90-minute concert of modern dance and theatrics.
The Professional Summer Theatre Company presents comical "Arms and the
Man" and sympathetic "Prisoner of Second Avenue." The professionals of the
company are joined by an ensemble of student apprentices for the productional!
A jazziest ends the season on a high note with Third Stream, Third Stream
and Friends, and Debbie Gaber mingling their talents for a festive finale.
All performances are at 8:00 p.m. in the Rose Lehrman Arts Center on the
HACC campus. For ticket information call 234-7592 Monday through Friday 12:00
noon to 3:00 p.m.
