Anon's troops have taken over the EKM Starbase, and that the Star base troops are about to sign a sur render. Wow, I think I'm losing the handle on this column--which means back to sports. The indoor soccer team dropped two games to the first-place team in the league 4-2 and 3-0 this past Friday. Goals scored by Bill Bertolet and Ken Aducci, fights started by Jeff Hague (Ar, ar, ar). How's about I just print whenever we win? Naw, that wouldn't be any fun. The basketball team dropped one to Alvernia Saturday 'l4-68. Jack Wilson led with 33 points and 16 rebounds and Dave Shannon chipped in with 15 points. Ron Kuzo is out with a hyperextended knee for a couple of games. I'm sure Alvernia was glad to hear that though, because had Ron been playing, that game would've probably been a different story. There will be an intramural wrestling tournament for Capitol Campus students on Wednesday, March 4, and Thursday, March 5, if needed. For more informa tion go the Athletic Office or call 948-6266. Speaking of wrestling, the girls can come watch the guys wrestle. I think the girls should soak down People's Park and have a mud wrestling tournament. How about Rites of Spring week? I think it's a good idea! Annette and Patty -will buy the mud, and maybe I can talk Jeff McGee into getting the Board of Gov ernors to sponsor it. I'll even give the girls contact training if they are inex perienced (another ar, ar, ar). I find myself at a loss for words today, due to sunny weather--and the only sport on my mind is fishing. Oh, wait, I almost forgot! Has anyone noticed what good shape all the Meade Heights R.A.'s are in? They have been bugging me to say something about all the delivering of flyers, calendars, and papers we do, but I find nothing exciting in it to write about. Unless of course, say, one of you guys handed my stuff out for the rest of the term, then I will mention it. 0:211 Jack Wilson in action. READER photo by Harry H. Moyer Duch's Corner By Ken Aducci, I would like to end off by congratula ting the idiots, whoever they may be, that broke the lightpole by the Student Center and the ashtrays in the Main Building. You people may have just permanently closed down the parties at the Student Center, which people have been trying to reinstate for two years.
