Auditions for non-equity actors/singers will be held in Lancaster, Pa. on Saturday, Feb. 21, and Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Fulton Opera House, America's oldest theatre in continuous use. Fifteen men and eight women are needed for the Fulton's eleventh season of summer repertory which will include KISS ME*KATE* CHARLEY'S AUNT, and ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST. The Art Association of Harrisburg, 21 North Front Street, will open its 53rd ANNUAL JURIED EXHIBITION with a public reception from 1 to 4 on Sunday, February 8. Awards will be presented during the reception to the prize-winning artists in the exhibition, with a first prize of $3OO, second prize of $2OO, and three equal third prizes of $lOO. Honorable Mention ribbons will be presented at the discretion of the judge, Ms. Ann Percy, Associate Curator of Drawings, Philadelphia Museum of Art. Robert W. Bissett and Susan Hauschildt are the Exhibition Co-Chairmen at the Art Association of Harrisburg; Gene Allen Suchma is Professional Arts Chairman. The 53rd ANNUAL JURIED EXHIBITION will run through Feb. 21, with gallery hours of 9:30 to 1:00, Monday through Friday, and 1 to 5 Saturday. Open to all artista in the Eastern United States, the exhibit attracts several hundred quality entries in all media each year. Last year approximately 150 entries were juried into the show.
