The win upped the Pinman's record to 3 - 3 overall, and moved them into 3rd place in the nine team Eastern Pennsylvania Mary land Intercollegiate Confer ence. Captain, Mike Knill follows Stefaniak with a 181 average in league games, and 184 in tournament action. Rounding out the squad are Bruce Rambacher, Jeff Hartman, Mike Henry, and Jack Dean. The Pin men have already rolled against P.S.U. Main Campus, which is the 4th highest rated team in the nation. Although they led going into the last frame, they were unable to hold on, as Main Campus rallied for a 16 - 9 decision. Ms. Meck will be working 20 hours a week throughout the winter and spring terms and will be avail able Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons as well as Wednes day and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. On Friday, January 12, Good People Productions held a rally for the spring concert in Vendorville. Jack Rivers provi ded the entertainment for Cap itol Campus students. Mr. Riv ers is from New York and in late February is due to go on tour with Jackson Browne. He has gone on tour with Jackson Browne before and has also gone on tour with such groups as Electric Light Orchestra and BSII Plans Mud The month of February has been designated "Black History Month" by the Black Student Union during its meeting Jan. 17. Two activities are planned: a disco-dance keggar to be held on Jan. 30 and a trip to Phila delphia on Feb. 10. The keggar is to have a theme connected with "Black History Month." Posters ad vertising the keggar have been put up around campus. The trip to Philly will in clude a visit to the Black His tory Museum and maybe a stop-over at the Mother Bethel Church. Francis, an under graduate in the Water Resources Engineering Technology program on campus was the recipient of the Mr. Charles P. Hary Memorial Scholarship presented at the campus commencement cere monies held in Dec. A gift of the Capitol Campus Faculty Women's Club, this scholarship was given in mem ory of the late Mr. Charles P 1 Hary, assistant professor of engineering at Capitol. Mr. Francis was selected to be the award recipient by the Capitol Campus Committee on Academic and Athletic Stand ards, Awards and Scholarships.
