Jim is a 1976 graduate of Capitol Campus and was on the varsity team during his two years here. You will recall he set the all time scoring record at Capitol with a total of 1216 points. He also served as assistant basketball coach during the 1976-77 season. Mr. Smitley has also announced the appointment of Dan Phillips, of Bishop McDevitt High School, as assistant basketball coach.
