XG I Reporter
By Keith Millison
Although this is my last
issue for writing an article for
the fraternity, I don't have any
regrets because I know that the
person taking my place will do
even a better job. I just want to
take this time to thank
everyone in the fraternity for
making this the best year that I
can remember. For those of you
who are not a member of the
fraternity, you're missing a
great opportunity to meet a
great bunch of guys. These are
the type of friends you keep for
the rest or your life, not a
passing memory in your college
flashbacks. If you're a junior
now, take a good piece of advice
and look into joining the
fraternity.
I also want to express my
thanks to all members of the ,
softball team who did an
outstanding job up at
University Park this past
weekend. We had to play 6
games on Saturday and since
the tournament is double
elimination, we were out after

Sports
Our teams have had a very
quiet week with most sched
uled games & matches being
rained out!!
Tennis winds up the 1977
season with their last match on
Tuesday, May 10th when
Altoona Campus comes to
Capitol.
Golf will end their season
Wednesday, May 11th when
they go to Lackawanna Jr.
College.
Baseball will end their
season with 2 games scheduled
at home; Saturday, May 14th at
1:00 P.M. with Ursinus College
and Tuesday, May 17th at 3:00
P.M. with Delaware Co.
Campus, although there is a
possibility this last game could
be 'a doubleheader.

our second loss. Having a
record of 4 wins and 2 losses
against the quality of teams we
had to play is indeed a big
accomplishment. I would have
liked to mentioned everyone's
name who participated, but
space does not allow me to do
what I want. I just want the
players to know that as their
coach they made me very proud
and we're going to go all out for
the trophy here at Capitol.
Another sports note worth
mentioning is the first place
standing of the XGINI bowling
team. At this rate, with 14 wins
and 2 losses, there is no
denying our team a playoff
position.
In my closing statement, I
want to thank our fraternity
advisor, Mr. Achorn, for
everything he has done. There
isn't enough I can say or do to
thank him, everyone in the
fraternity feels this way.
Thanks to all my friends in the
fraternity for their continued
support and inspiration, espec
ially thanks to Joe.
