The first seminar of the Urban Term held March 24th featured Harrisburg Mayor Harold Swenson talking about “Problems Facing Harrisburg.” Mayor Swenson reviewed the history of the city council and the position of the mayor. A lively interchange with students and faculty followed his remarks. Tennis Team Conquers First 3 Foes Capitol’s tennis team got the season off to a victorious note by winning its first three matches.
