Look for a very special piece
of mail during your visit home
over the Thanksgiving holidays!
John W. Taylor, Financial
Officer for Capitol Campus,
reports that all bills for the
winter term are being mailed
from University Park on
November 19. They will be sent
to your home address and are
scheduled to arrive prior to, or
during the holidays. Any student
who does not receive as
estimated fee bill by the end of
the Thanksgiving recess must
report to the Capitol Campus
Finance Office immediately
after returning to campus.
All students, including those
receiving financial aid MUST
process their estimated fee bill
before the due date. Those on
financial aid should so indicate
in the appropriate space on the
fee bill.
Although registration will .be
held November 14-30, no
registration will be finalized
until estimated fee is processed.
Payments for the winter term
are due by December 5, unless
prior arrangements have been
made to extend the due date to
January 2, 1974. Any student
who anticipates not being able
to meet the December 5
deadline should make proper
arrangements in order to avoid a
late payment charge of $25.
As in the past, all fee
payments are to be mailed to the
bursarV 'office at University
Park, however any student who
has a financial problem should
consult with the Finance Office
here at the Capitol Campus.
