now have a much greater
understanding of the real lives of
celebrities, mafia members, and
ambassadors. This book is, by far,
at the very top of the list in that
respect.
In most books that I read for
pleasure I am just reading a story, I

am not really learning anything.
In Windmills of the Gods, I
learned a lot. First of all, I never
knew what ambassasors really did.
Not only does Sheldon write about
their governmental business
dealings, but also of their social
requirements and standards that
must be strictly adhered to.
Secondly, is how important
their jobs are to their
respective countries. If an
ambassador does not perform his

The bad news first. The Cars and Husker Du have officially
broken up. Word came from the Cars after repeatedly playing concerts
in half filled arenas and due to the unsuccessful outcome of their album,
Door to Door. Who knows why Husker Du broke up (probably
just member conflicts).
Now for the good news (a matter'of opinion). The manager of Bon
Jovi and Motley Crue has been arrested for drug smuggling. Look
forward to upcoming releases by these bands: Bruce Hornsby,
Talking Heads, 0.M.D., Tina Turner, Joni Mitchell, and
Monty Pyton. By the way (if you haven't heard) U 2 brought home
the most Grammies! (Two)

and surprise. Once I began reading
it I could not put it down. So, for
those of you who do not mind or
even want to learn something while
you are reading a novel, I strongly
suggest reading Sidney Sheldon's
eighth best selling novel,
Windmills of the Gods.
