LEGAL NOTICES
Notice is hereby given
signifying the intention of The
Behrend College Student Senate
to represent the student body fully
with respect to administrative
and faculty concerns. This notice
shall be augmented by Standing
Ordinance BC-PSU-16563, citing:
Section 1 - Senators to BC
Student Senate shall be in equal
representation, with a Senator
from the Student Union Board,
Commuter Council, Joint
Residence Council, Student Upper
Division, and the Inter-Club Coun
cil.
Section 2 - The Student Senate
shall register all student
organizations, and shall allocate
funds for propagation of each
organization's activities.
Section 3 - Student Senate shall
appoint members to those com
mittees constituted by the faculty
and administration on which
students are represented.
Section 4 - There shall be an ap
pointment to Student Standards
Board by the Student Senate.
Duly presented, ordained, and
enacted by the Student Senate.
NOTICE- While we will maintain
a cooperative -status With other
organizations on the Behrend
College, we will not assume
responsibility for representation
of any members, other than our
own.
STUDENT UPPER DIVISION
NOTICE - All students take notice
of Reorganization Meeting of the
Inter Club Council.
Reorganization due to turnover in
Most of the executive positions of
all recognized organizations.
Meeting to be held after all clubs
and organizations elect officers.
Each body's president will
receive immediate appointment
to the Inter-Club Council.

Will train individual in radio and
broadcasting, to prepare them for
positions with WBCR. Our radio
station provides educational and
recreational radio programming
to the Behrend College. WBCR is
an affiliate of the Behrend College
and the Radio Club.
