Elmer Reed Building at Behrend Campus on November 6-7. The purpose of this workshop will be to encourage the development of effective student leadership. Establishment of meaningful communications between groups and individuals will be em phasized as well as the importance of inter personal relationships, the ef fective utilization of people, problem solving, and decision making. The workshop will emphasize the practical applications of the most effective methods developed through the behavioral sciences and management training as applied to leadership skills. All those in any leadership position such as student government leaders, officers of campus organizations, resident assistants, student publication and personnel staff members, fraternity and sorority officers and faculty members from any Pennsylvania university are in vitee to attend. • Included in the speakers are Murry Gold, the Assistant Professor of Speech and a member of the Management Development_ Faculty; Benjamin A.
