The stone surrounding the Metzgar Center (right) has been done ahead of schedule. Due to the
good weather in Erie the stone work was completed this fall. It was originally scheduled to be
done during the Spring of 2010. "There was risk that the cold weather may affect the mortar
used in forming the stone wall around the building." said Ken Miller, Director of Student Affairs.
Since the progress of the construction is going smoothly, furniture has already been ordered
and will be available on time once interior work the building is complete.

The Metzgar Center is scheduled to
be air tight by Christmas. One of the
