Tony Hoagland is the author of three collections of poetry, Sweet Ruin, which won the Brittingham Prize, Ploughshares' Zacharis Award; Donkey Gospel, which won this 1997 James Laughlin Award of the Academy of American Poet; and his most recent, What Narcissism Means to Me. His work has earned two National Endowment for the Arts fellowships, three Pushcart Awards, and has been featured twice in Best American Poetry. He was a Guggenheim Foundation Fellow in 2000-2001. He currently teaches at the University of Houston. The reading will begin at 7 p.m. in Reed 117. An author's reception will be held at 4 p.m. in the Logan House.
