Here are some tips to prepare yourself for this week of grueling studying and cumulative test taking. Don't start studying the night before! You can't possibly cram a semester's worth of information into your brain in less than 24 hours. Forget about pulling an all-nighter. You need at least four hours of sleep in order to function. —Focus on notes and what the teacher has lectured about, rather than reading all those chapters in the book that you are behind in. Study in a quiet place, away from any distractions. Studying with friends will just lead to conversation about material other than what will be on the final exam. Breathe! Stay calm! If a question is too difficult, skip it and come back to it later.
