Research conference
Student and faculty from eight colleges and universities will
come together on Saturday, April 26, form 8 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
in . the Kochel Center, for the 12th annual Undergraduate
Research Conference, sponsored by Penn State Behrend and
northwest Pennsylvania chapter of Sigma Xi, the national

• Movie night-si‘s
Do you like movies? Are you tired of
paying big bucks just to see one? Come to the
Independent Film Xtravaganza, for a showing of
different movies that were produced by students at
Behrend. The event will take place on Wednesday
at 7 p.m. in Reed 117, and
admission is totally free. Come and celebrate
the artistic expression of your fellow students.
Do you love the outdoors? Then come to
the Junker Center on Saturday from noon until
4 p.m., for a free kayaking lesson. Students
may show up at anytime, no experience is
necessary. Help make kayaking an ESACT
course at Behrend.
