NASA Ames biologist, Dr. Lynn Rothschild, will give a brief overview of the role of UV radiation in astrobiology, with an emphasis on its role in biological processes. The open house is free and open to the public, and an observing through the Behrend Mehalso Observatory will follow, weather permitting. Their goal is to raise a large amount of money to send to the Association, and they are asking for your contribu tions. Every dollar donated could help save millions of lives.
