Spring Commencement is fast
approaching, and as a result, Behrend
will be losing a group of 275
graduates who have added much to
our campus over the years. Various
students have looked back upon their
years at Behrend in different ways,
and when they leave, these graduates
will take with them different
memories of their time here. Some
will be moving on to new careers,
attending graduate school
somewhere, or just taking some time
off after four grueling years at
Behrend. But all of them will be
taking something away from
Behrend.

Kennard has some advice to current
Behrend students. “Try to become
involved with at least one
organization of some type. It will
truly enhance your college
experience."
Lynn Pierson, who is a Social and
Behavioral Sciences major, is
planning to find a job soon after
graduation and attend graduate
school. While she is sad to be leaving
Behrend, there are some things that
she will not miss: "I will never have
to drive around looking for a parking
spot again!” But like many other
graduating seniors, she will miss all
of the friends that she has made here
at Behrend: "they made college
bearable.”
While these and other graduates
will soon be leaving Behrend to
pursue other goals and dreams, all of
them will remember their time here.
