Egg Hunt thanks
A special thanks should go out to the
Multi-Cultural Council, Veterans Affairs,
Sigma Tau Gamma, Kappa Delta Rho and
the RUB desk for the Ist annual easter egg
hunt that was held on Saturday, April 15,
1995 in the Reed Wintergarden. My two
children Steven and Kayla really enjoyed

As you may have noticed all over
campus, it is election time for SGA
officers again. Some of the ads are very
colorful and thought-provoking, and some
hie to point to the diversity of the ticket
they are running for, but when it comes
time to vote, what are we supposed to
consider/ Here is a little thought from
someone who sat on the SGA senate for
two years: as students we need to elect_
officers that know the job and know how
to do it well. Sorry to say that this isn't a
time to vote for your friends. SGA
officers should have attended a meeting or
two, and be aware of the limitations that
SGA has. For example, SGA does not

I want to commend the students
and organizations who helped to put
together the Egg Hunt this past
weekend. My t+04 , 0 sofis, Seth and
Shane had a wonderful time. Not
only did they enjoy themselves, but
they are still talking about it.

complain all we want, but SGA does not
have the capacity to control these issues.
Anyone concemed enough would know
that speakers were invited to answer
questions and to talk about these issues
this semester. Not like it is a surprise to
any Behrend student, but University Park
holds the big guns. New ideas are great
and refreshing, but without the knowledge
and know how, government can be a
dangerous thing.

the kids. The extra attention they
gave made the Egg Hunt all the
worth while.
Everyone was very helpful, kind
