Spring Choir Concert: The Behrend Choir will be presenting their

1994 Summer Saarien: Currently registered students in degree and
provirional status stay now advance register for Fenn Stme-Behrend summer
session courses. The new voice response system may be used according to

the College Registrar's Office.

The recommended budget allocations were up for senate approval last
night. The allocation for a computer for Multi-Cultural
Council/Association of Black Collegians/Asian Students
Organization/National Society of Black Engineers/Women Today/Human
Rctatkms Programming Councfl/Trigon was questioned, since all campus
organizations have access to the computer in the SGA office. The
president of the National Society for Black Engineers said that the
computer was needed to network with their national society’s database.
Another rational given was that the MCC office is shared by eight groups
and the computer would be secure in a locked office. It was moved to
make an amendment to cut foe funds for the computer.
The motion did not carry.
No money was removed from any recommended allocations, therefore no
appeals were heard for any groups. There is a revised budget meeting on
Monday, April 18 at 5:00 pm. in Reed 117. The purpose of this meeting
is to inform the campus organizations which parts of their budgets were
allocated funds.
The Communication Club constitution was brought before the senate. In
accordance with the by-laws, it is tabled for two ireeks.
Todfay is the last day of SGA elections. If you stdl need to vote, a table
will be set up in dm mail room in the Reed Building.

A student in Peary Hall reported receiving harassing telephone calls. The case is
investigation.
Monday, April 4
A student reported receiving harassing "E-Mail" messages from a person known to
her. Charges and student referrals are pending.
Police and Safety officers received a call about two people trying to break into a car
which was parted in S lot The two fled the scene before any damage could be doi
The case is under investigation.
Thursday, April 7
A student in Perry Hall reported receiving hang-up calls. Further investigation
revealed the calls to be coming from an on-campus phone. As the result of a trace
placed on the victim's phone, a suspect was identified and charges are pending.
A student reported receiving harassing telephone calls. The case is under
investigation.
Friday, April S
A student was arrested for public drunkenness after he was discovered in the
second floor men's room in Lawrence Hall.
At 3:10 ajn. two unidentified males brake the window next to the south door in
Lawrence Hall. Anyone who may have information concerning the incident is as
to contact the Office of Police and Safety at x6lOl. The case is under investigat
Saturday, April 9
A group of seven non-students was cited for under-age drinking and other alcohol
related offenses after Ihey were discovered at the College's Kanty pond property by
Police and Safety officers.
After being stopped for his erratic driving and a lighting violation, a student was f(
to be driving under the influence. Charges have been filed.
