Police Report A student reported Finding paint chips off the door of her rental car while parked in the Nick lot. A resident student reported being harassed. This is currently under investigation. A bicycle that had been padlocked to the railing of the main entrance to the Behrend Building was impounded for violation of University regulation SY-16 (bicycle regulations) prohibiting bicycles from being left at building entrances. A vehicle parked in a spot reserved far faculty/staff on a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week basis in F-lot was issued a state citation and towed from campus. Officers discovered that entry had been made in an old farmhouse owned by the University, but not in use. The house was checked but no one was found inside, nor was any damage discovered.
