Police Report
Tuesday, January 18
A non-student was observed staggering in
the apartment lot. When approached by
Police and Safety officers, the individual
ran and attempted to hide under a parked car
The individual was charged with underage
drinking.
Friday, January 21
A fraudulent check was issued for
advertising in the Behrend Collegian. This
is currently under investigation.
Saturday, January 22
A student who was highly intoxicated was
transported to a local hospital to have her
stomach pumped. Charges have also been
filed against the student.
A non-student was charged with underage
drinking and a traffic violation.
A non-student was arrested for driving under
the influence.
A domestic disturbince was repotted
between a student and his non-student
girlfriend. This incident is still under
investigation at this time.
Tuesday, January 25
A student injured his knee while playing
basketball in Erie Hall.
A student reported the theft of ha purse
from the Gorge. This is currently wider
investigation.

Thursday, January 27
A student in Porcupine Hall reported
receiving harassing telephone calls. This
case is under investigation.
Two hit and run vehicle accidents were
reported in the campus parking lots.
Officers responded to a report of smoke
coming from the laundry morn of Tigress
Hall. They found the source of the smoke
to be a belt from an overloaded washing
machine.
Friday, January 28
A student reported being harassed by
another student. This case is currently
under investigation by both Police and
Safety and Student Affairs.
Two minor motor vehicle accidents were

Sunday, January 30
A student reported that someone had tried to
remove the luggage rack from his car.
Further investigation proved this case
unfounded. The damage was due to snow
and ice.
A student reported the theft of $5O from her
room. This incident is currently under
investigation.
Monday, January 31
A telephone was reported stolen from the
Women's Resource Center. This incident
is under investigation.

SGA REPORT
Every first meeting of the month Bill Donahue,
manager of Police and Safety, or an employee
representative, will be attending to answer
any questions.
This week Todd Allen presented us with the
Behrend Crimewatch Program. All SGA
members agreed to join the program. If any
students are interested in the program,
contact Police and Safety.
An election was held to fill the open resident
senator position on SGA between Joe Mottilo
and Nanette Aquire with Nanette Aquire
winning. SGA thanks both students for
participating in the election and would like to
congratulate Nanette.
Next week SGA will be voting on approving
the Knights of Columbus' constitution.
