cretary. The object of the meeting being stated

Resolved, That it i inexpedient, at this time, to
repair the road below the Shamokin Dam.

the interest on the borough debt, and other ex pen
act. Resulted, That the Market House be sold at
public auction.

mittee to aildrcM the Canal Commissioner, in re
lation to riprapping the bunk in front of the bo
rough. Resolved, That the proceeding of this meeting
